Return & Refund Policy


Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If there's a problem with your order, contact Customer Service at 833-849-3025 within 3 days of receipt. You may also email We strive to promptly correct problems with damaged, defective or incorrect items.


If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund of merchandise value. Proof of purchase is required.* Special order items and gift cards are not eligible for return. If you wish to return an item, your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 10% of the purchase price, and you will be responsible for original delivery charges and return shipping.


Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Tax will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage. HAY reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in like-new condition because of misuse or damage caused by a customer.

Risk of Loss


All items purchased from HAY are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If your order is placed with a purchase order, the shipping term of FOB HAY shipping dock will supersede any shipping terms in your purchase order.
