Inspired by his decorative woven wall art, Ethan Cook’s Flat Works is a series of handwoven kelim rugs designed for HAY. Featuring a geometric abstract design, the rugs translate the designer’s bold colour-blocked artwork into practical and decorative items. Crafted in a New Zealand wool-cotton blend, the dyeing and weaving processes mean that each rug varies slightly, giving them a unique, one-of-a-kind quality. Available in different color combinations, this runner is suitable for use in the bedroom, hallway, living room, and many other interior spaces.

Care & Maintenance
- Vacuum regularly using vacuum cleaner without a beater brush and a low power setting, to prevent debris from settling into the roots of the fibers.
- Do not pool loose ends. Clip them with scissors to remove.
- Attend to spills immediately. For spot cleaning, apply water in very small amount; do not saturate. If applying cleaning solvent, test in a small inconspicuous area before using.
- For general maintenance or stubborn stains, use an experienced cleaning service that specializes in hand made rug.
- Do not dry clean. Harsh chemicals may damage or fade rugs.
- We recommend using a rug pad.
- Rotate or reposition your rug every 3-6 months to promote even wear on the rug surface and extend the life of the rug.
