Temporary store closings
To protect the well-being of you and our employees, all HAY stores in North America are closed until further notice. HAY remains committed to making good design accessible. While we've temporarily closed our physical locations, we're here to help — and you can still place orders at HAY.com.

Warehouse safety precautions
At our fulfillment and warehouse facilities, our packers and pickers are tacking extra steps to ship your products safely. They regularly sanitize and wash their hands and wear gloves while handling your products and shipments.

Freight carriers are delivering to every market domestically but are changing policies and procedures daily that may affect distribution. In some markets we are unable to offer threshold and in-home delivery at this time, but we can coordinate with the customers to deliver product to their door.
At HAY North America’s corporate offices, we’ve restricted employee travel (both internationally and domestically) since late February. We are currently working from home, as a team, to help you navigate all of your HAY-related needs.
